Equestrian Center Party Packages
The Preserve Equestrian Center cordially invites you to enjoy A Day at the Barn Adult camp – a day of learning and adventure.
Your camp experience begins at the paddock fence where you will meet your new partner and learn basic horsemanship. Activities include haltering, liberty work or round pen lunging, grooming, and tacking, followed by a lesson in the ring and a trail ride to put your new skills into action.
Post-ride you will untack and bathe your horse (as needed). Lunch* will be served – and of course we provide delicious treats for you to reward your new, trusty friend.

Kids Birthday Party
Up to 12 Guests, additional cost for extra guests
Cost: $750 ++
Duration: 2 Hours
The package includes a 15- minute Pony Ride, Paint the Pony (Pamper the Pony Oct-March) and a scavenger hunt for each party guest. This package also comes with the use of the outdoor patio or kitchen for festivities. The Preserve will supply horse themed party supplies (plates, cups, napkins, cutlery) along with sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. The birthday host is responsible for providing the birthday cake and/or cupcakes or they can be purchased though Double Barrel for an additional cost.

Birthday, Bachelor/Bachelorette
Adult Party Package
Up to 10 guests, additional cost for extra guests
Cost: $2000 ++
Duration: 3 Hours
This package includes an hour trail ride or wagon ride for all guests plus use of the firepit or indoor barn for festivities. The package comes with a charcuterie and fruit board plus a dessert board, as well as juice, sodas, water, and 4 bottles of our sparkling wine. Additional food and beverages can be purchased with the package at an additional cost. The birthday host is responsible for providing the birthday cake or it can be purchased through Double Barrel for an additional cost.
